PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. 

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

ORDERS

All our products are made by hand. Orders can be submitted OFF-LINE ONLY via e-mail or through the on-line form. Please email us your enquiry and specify the item you prefer, the wood or wood combination you like the most. We can create sets with more than an object and would love dealing with you directly. The order will be then emailed to you for your final approval.

WAY OF PAYMENT

We accept Paypal payments and bank transfer (no credit cards, no personal or business checks). Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment in full from you.

SHIPPING

we deliver our products worldwide and do any effort to choose the best way to deliver them in perfect conditions and in the shortest time.

We ship to:

• Italy via Private carriers or Poste Italiane (1-3 days at your door);
• Europe via private carriers (3-5 days at your door) 
• Extra Europe via private carriers (4-7 days at your door).

Slower/cheaper shipping option can be arranged on demand. 

The pack can always be tracked down online. 

DUTIES/CUSTOM

Laws vary by country, so it depends on your country's regulations. You are responsible for paying any assessed customs fees upon receipt. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped. We use to track every shipping and take our customers informed about delays or other problems.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

According to the Italian law D.Lgs. 22/5/99 N.185, you have the right to return the items you bought if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with it, within 14 days starting from the receiving date.

We'll provide full reimbursement on products that are returned to us unused, in the state you received them, and which include all of the original packaging. If you need to return a product because of our mistake (like if we accidentally sent the wrong item, or the item was damaged or defective), just let us know and we’ll take care of you! 

We cannot however refund any shipping cost.

DAMAGED GOODS

We package all products with utmost care. If damages have occurred to the products during the transport please contact us immediately, we’ll take care of you.

Typographical Errors 

In the event that a nerocalamis.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, nerocalamis.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. nerocalamis.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and Paypal payment charged. If your Paypal payment has already been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled, nerocalamis.com shall issue a credit to your Paypal account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by nerocalamis.com without notice at any time, for any reason.

nerocalamis.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to nerocalamis.com.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Italy.
