we ship worldwide and do any effort to choose the best way to deliver them in perfect conditions and in the shortest time.

We ship to:

  • Italy via Private carriers or Poste Italiane (1-3 days at your door);
  • Europe via private carriers (3-5 days at your door) 
  • Extra Europe via private carriers (4-7 days at your door).

Slower/cheaper shipping option can be arranged on demand. 

SHIPPING COST depends on the destination and weight/volume of the goods. It will be promptly provided via email.

The pack can always be tracked down online. 

DUTIES/CUSTOM

Laws vary by country, so it depends on your country's regulations. You are responsible for paying any assessed customs fees upon receipt. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped. We use to track every shipping and take our customers informed about delays or other problems.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

According to the Italian law D.Lgs. 22/5/99 N.185, you have the right to return the items you bought if, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with it, within 14 days starting from the receiving date.

We'll provide full reimbursement on products that are returned to us unused, in the state you received them, and which include all of the original packaging. If you need to return a product because of our mistake (like if we accidentally sent the wrong item, or the item was damaged or defective), just let us know and we’ll take care of you! 

We cannot however refund any shipping cost.
